Yes.  Henry & Phil are trained, handled by experienced staff, venue-approved, and fully insured. We carry a COI and can provide it upon request.

We serve Scottsdale, Phoenix, Sedona, Paradise Valley. Tucson, Mesa, Cave Creek, and surrounding areas.

Yes. We offer logo-branded coolers, themed outfits, and event specific styling. Bombardier, Iron Horse, Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI), and the Arizona School Board have used custom branded setups.

No. Clients provide their own beverages and ice. You'll need about one large bag of ice, per one beer burro. We coordinate with your venue's bartender or catering team upon arrival. 

We recommend booking 2-6 months in advance (if not more), especially fro spring and fall events. Date fill up quickly during peak wedding season. 

We discuss parking options and coordinate this with your wedding planner, event planner, and the venue beforehand.

After our free consultation together, we send you an agreement to complete. After both the deposit and the agreement have been received, you are booked in our schedule.
